The expert explains in detail a drop of Jing ten drops of blood:Living Jing to build blood to belong to different system

Reader:I once saw have magazine introduction to say:A drop of Jing, ten drops of blood, the semen is very precious, the man shoots Jing to lead repeatedly, will greatly harm vitality and injures body.Still say building room in the text the life pays attention to seasonal, the sex life of spring, summer can a little more, the number of times is little, want to hide Jing in winter, should not lead sex life in autumn.Excuse me, is this kind of parlance reasonable?Semen and blood are two kinds of materials of "breeze Ma Niu not and mutually and", the former is far from the latter"refine but become".The semen constitutes to°from the sperm and the Jing syrup. The sperm is produced to the male's testicle, the Jing straches from subsidiary sex gland, such as, seminal vesicles,Nike Running Sunglasses and prostate gland, urethra gland etc. secrete of liquid mixture but become. The composition contained by semen among them above 90% is a humidity, imply another a little amount protein, fat, sugar, Mao and have no machine trace elements, such as salt and zinc...etc..But the blood originate to build a blood stem cell, it mainly builds the blood organ as marrow, blood from red cell, white the blood plasma compositions, such as cell, blood platelets and hemoglobin...etc. constitute with serum.Living Jing and build blood to accordingly belong to human body two different systems. When male lead sex life(or in the nocturnal emission, masturbate), shoot the semen quantity that the Jing ejects each time general is 2~6 milliliter. To a healthy male, sperm, semen is BE all the time and continuously producing, the Jing is full to then overflow, impossibly and factitiously take into hoard, even if is want to store it is to hide don't live. For have no the young man of sex life, even if however sex is also living, will pass nocturnal emission or masturbate etc. method semen spillage, pass this kind of semen excretion, sex backlog, sex strain of the human body will be alleviated and release, can promote metabolism, be advantageous to mind and body healthily, even can avoid sex crime. If the male is by mistake the semen as "extremely valued" and cherish Jing like life, only fear lose vitality, repress to shoot Jing in the subconscious thus, or experienced building endure Jing not to shoot, as time passes will result in treacherous acts' shooting Jing, don't shoot sexual function obstacles like Jing, etc, cause male's doing not teach thus.Ancient Chinese Chinese medicine classic 《Emperor Huang inside through 》 puts forward the standpoint of "the winter doesn't hide Jing, spring necessarily of disease", the traditional Chinese medicine also really has the parlance of "the winter hides Jing", "spring the summer keep sun and keep Yin autumn winter" and"autumn harvest the winter hide".Think winter to limit husband and wife to live even suppress sensual passion can with the health, ability more longevity. Is contrary, if the winter doesn't hide Jing, easily on the sick list in spring. But a little bit ascended some old people of age, usually all believe in this health secret. In fact many people were unilateral to comprehend the meaning of "Jing" that the ancients says, thinking classic"Jing" said of Chinese medicine is a semen, in fact and otherwise, think that"Jing" is a semen this is just the comprehension of narrow sense, should more extensive comprehension BE:Energy, physical strength, and immunity dint...etc..Moreover, the parlance of theory, cheap sunglasses traditional culture of ancient Chinese medicine is oneself to pass to observe the standpoint that the world creation gets, these are more is the ancients under the sistuation that it's not good to live a condition, nourishment condition, get the experience, truth of .Continuously develop, improve along with application and life condition of modern science, variety, modern people to the standpoint, viewpoint of the ancients"the winter hides Jing" apply, the standard of request should loosen some.
